16+ for most roles, 18+ for youth supervision
4 months minimum, 3-5 hours per week
Music education and youth development training, 6-8 hours
Required for all youth-facing roles; organization covers cost
1 piece of government photo ID, volunteer agreement
Encouraged for concerts and fundraising events
Application → interview → training → program assignment
Moderate demand — seasonal peaks during concert seasons
Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to young musicians.
Weekdays and weekends, 2-3 hour sessions
Minimum 4 hours per week
Musical background, teaching experience, patience with youth
Support orchestra rehearsals and help manage youth ensembles.
Weekday evenings and weekend rehearsals
Minimum 6 hours per week
Orchestra experience, youth supervision skills, musical knowledge
Help organize and execute concert performances and recitals.
Concert dates and preparation times
Minimum 8 hours per concert
Event coordination experience, attention to detail, teamwork
Support music theory classes and educational workshops.
Weekdays and some weekends, class-dependent
Minimum 3 hours per week
Music theory knowledge, teaching ability, creativity
Help organize fundraising events and donor appreciation activities.
Event-based scheduling, some evenings
