Mandatory 60-hour domestic violence training program

Support children who have experienced domestic violence through activities and care.
Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 6:00 PM
Minimum 4 hours per week for 6 months
Background check required, experience with children, trauma-informed training provided
Provide emotional support and practical assistance to women in crisis.
24/7 coverage, 4-6 hour shifts
Minimum 8 hours per month
Crisis intervention training provided, emotional stability, active listening skills
Lead workshops on budgeting, parenting, job skills, and other life skills.
Weekdays and some evenings, 2-3 hour sessions
Minimum 6 hours per month
Teaching experience, expertise in specific life skill areas, group facilitation skills
Provide office support for shelter operations and programs.
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
