Volunteer Requirements

Minimum Age

14, 16, or 18+, depending on role

Time Commitment

6 months minimum, 2–3 hours per week

Training

Free, duration around 3–4 weeks

Police Check

Required; $30 fee

ID Requirements

2 government IDs (16+), or school ID (under 15)

Family Volunteering

For kids 5+ with an adult; roles include animal care

Animal Care Volunteer
